Autograph Authentication

You will receive a Letter of Authenticity that documents the genuine autograph. The letter will contain a serial number hologram to match our online database. The letter will be notarized, stamped, and signed.

You will receive a Certificate of Authenticity. The certificate will contain a serial number hologram to match the label on the item. Item can be verified in our online database.

Autograph Appraisal

You will receive a notarized Appraisal Letter that will provide your item's value for insurance or sale purposes.

Autograph Grading

You will receive a Grad Packet with a grade certificate along with grading documentation and an image of the autograph forensic examination.

SUBMISSION RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Insurance – Insurance costs applies to all carriers and is based upon the declared value of the package.

Shipping – You are responsible for shipping. For international shipments add $20 to total shipping charge, customer is also liable for any duties and taxes assessed on the shipment to and from SMA.

We reserve the right to change carriers without notice unless a shipping account is being used.

Failure to completely and accurately fill out the proper submission form may result in delayed turnaround times or additional charges.

You will receive the shipping address and Item ID number to place on your address label and box for easy processing.

All items must be sent insured with a tracking number, we will not be responsible for uninsured packages.
